On Wednesday we first made the base of the cookie which is the dough, then we bake the cookies.
How we made the dough, we had to mix flour, white sugar, chocolate chips, butter, baking powder, vanilla essences.
On Thursday, we had to cut the dough in half equally, then we moulded it into circles equally, we used 2 tray's to put the cookies in. On the first tray we had to make 16 cookie shape and 8 on the other tray! After that we gave the cookies a flat shape by using a fork.
Then we put them in the oven and the oven was at fan bake and 180C, we had to leave them for about 9 minutes or maybe more then that, it depends if the cookies edges are golden.
For me the cookies tasted crumbly and sweet but yummy, I didn't really like the texture because it was crumbly I usually don't like those cookies, but overall it tastes good.
